Directions to Shelton Office
We are located on the 4th floor of 415 Howe Avenue (the Conti building). The following directions are to the Conti building. Once you arrive, come in at the Howe Avenue entrance and go to the 4th floor (by elevator or stairs). Follow either the Naturopathic Health Center/Natural Vitamins signs or the Life Design Systems signs. You will have to walk through the Life Designs gym to reach our offices.
From the South:
Take Rte 8 N to exit 14, CT-110/Howe Ave.
Turn L onto Keene St.
Turn L onto Howe Ave.
Turn R onto Cornell St. (before large brick building, Conti’s).
Turn L into the municipal parking lot.
Entrance is on Howe Ave.
From the North:
Take Rte 8 S to exit 14, CT-110/Howe Ave.
Turn R onto Howe Ave.
Turn R onto Cornell St. (before large brick building, Conti’s).
Turn L into the municipal parking lot.
Entrance is on Howe Ave.
Directions to Sandy Hook Office
From 84:
Take Rte 34 N (Exit 11) to Glen Rd or CT Rte 816. Go 0.3 mi, #24 is on the right.
